How to solve the problem of volume label shipping with color diffusion film? Recently, a backlight customer requested that the non adhesive diffusion film be rolled and shipped to facilitate the labeling machine. This production mode is rarely so required in the industry. Therefore, we specially organized a team to solve this problem. The analysis results are as follows

1. Conventional practice is indispensable. In order to ensure the quality, it is first necessary to stick about 10g PE protective film after roll to roll silk printing to prevent the product from being scratched or polluted by the outside world after production

2. Due to the need of die-cutting machine for coiling and small hole sleeve cutting for die-cutting to ensure accuracy, coiling and punching are required after printing

3. Punch the small hole with the upper die-cutting machine and replace the protective film at the same time

4. Install the three position laminating machine and attach the low viscosity protective film while discharging the waste

5. Ensure that the left and right edge distance is 3mm
